PAYMENTS (BP) FOR COMPANIES Balanced Payments for Companies
This financing package is treated in the same way as a HP (hire
purchase) structure but with the difference being that
while the monthly repayments remain fixed at what ever
amount, the interest rate is variable.
This means that an adjustment must be made to take into
account any fluctuations of interest within the term of the
agreement, which is normally done at contract end.
The finance company normally invoice or credit the
difference depending on whether interest rates have gone up
or down during the term of the agreement. Balanced Payments
agreements can also be settled early.
Best suited to companies who:

The vehicle will appear on the company balance sheet and tax
relief can be gained by:

down the asset
